Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Junior Litigator to join our Dispute Resolution Department.
The successful candidate will have 13 PQE and will be responsible for providing direct client engagement.
You will be joining a team that values professional growth and offers a supportive environment to develop your abilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have solid legal technical and people skills with good training and experience in property law and litigation ideally with a London firm or larger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client engagement
  • Work alongside other team members to deliver effective service to clients
  • Participate in the mentoring scheme offered by the Dispute Resolution Department
  • Develop legal technical and people skills
  • Ensure professional growth and success in a topranking firm


A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Wills and Probate cases independently IT literate, with experience using case management systems Strong interpersonal and client care skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to participate in business development initiatives
