Requirements
As a key member of our clients team you will deliver exceptional service to clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters including debt claims contract disputes landlord and tenant issues property disputes and civil litigation. Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting client interviews to gather instructions
- Advising clients and providing updates on their cases.
- Preparing and delivering relevant documents
- Maintaining wellorganised client and matter files with thorough and accurate records
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly whether in person or over the phone
- Adhering to quality standards and departmental procedures in all matters
- Contributing to the growth of the department through active participation in business development initiatives
