Requirements
- Working on a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions corporate restructuring MBOs and share schemes.
- Advising clients on corporate governance matters.
- Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business.
- Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.
- Supervise junior members of the team
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives.
