Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Create engaging job postings and promotional content for social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize company career pages on social media channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source and engage potential candidates through social media channels.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and social media effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a social mediafocused role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their recruiting potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Compensation:
- Salary: $50000 $70000 per year depending on experience.
- Performance bonuses and benefits package available.
