Job Summary:

The core mission of the Social Media Manager is to develop and execute creative social media strategies that elevate our brand engage our audience and drive meaningful connections across platforms. Youll be responsible for managing content building strong online communities and aligning social efforts with our companys marketing goals. Your success will be measured by your ability to grow our online presence foster engagement and contribute to our overall business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Youve got 23 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses and you know how to grow and engage an online audience effectively.
  • You can create eyecatching engaging content thats tailored for Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and other platforms. Whether its a post video or storyyoure all about making it stand out.
  • Youre not just about postingyou understand the bigger picture and can create social media strategies that align with business goals like boosting brand awareness or driving leads.
  • Your writing is on point. You can craft copy that sounds just like the brand speaks to the audience and keeps them engaged.
  • You love diving into the numberstracking engagement reach and conversions and then adjusting the strategy based on what the data tells you.
  • Youre always keeping an eye on whats trending in social media from the latest TikTok challenge to new Instagram features so your strategies are always fresh and relevant.
  • You know how to create genuine connections online. Responding to comments and messages comes naturally to you and youre great at making followers feel heard and valued.
  • Youve got experience running paid social media campaignssetting them up managing the budget and targeting the right audiences to maximize results.
  • You work well with others collaborating with designers marketers and other teams to bring ideas to life and create a consistent brand voice.
  • Managing multiple campaigns staying organized and meeting deadlines is second nature to you thrive in fastpaced environments.You know how to build and maintain strong relationships with followers by responding to comments and messages creating a sense of community and making sure the brand is always approachable and human.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social): You know your way around social media platforms and scheduling tools making it easier to manage content calendars track performance and engage with audiences.

  • Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior: Youre wellversed in how platforms like Instagram LinkedIn and Facebook work and know how to tailor content that reaches the right audience at the right time.

  • Experience working in fastpaced creative environments: Youve thrived in dynamic settings where youve had to juggle multiple campaigns and adapt to shifting priorities while still delivering great results.

  • Experience yzing performance metrics using tools like Google ytics Facebook Insights and other native platform ytics.

  • Ability to generate reports and adjust strategy based on data insights.

  • Copywriting ss with experience crafting engaging and onbrand content.

  • Basic graphic design ss using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to produce and edit shortform videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
