Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Junior Financial Analyst you will support the Financial Strategy and Planning team in analyzing financial performance forecasting future financial trends and providing insights to drive strategic decisionmaking. Your role will involve data analysis report generation and assisting in the development of financial models and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of financial and strategic plans to support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecasts.
  • Participate in the preparation of ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
  • Assist in the evaluation of financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis budgeting or financial planning (internships or entrylevel roles considered).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
