Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Planning team. This role will support financial planning analysis and reporting efforts to help guide the companys strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data preparing reports and generating insights to support strategic planning efforts.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Contribute to the development of financial forecasts budgets and longterm financial plans.
  • Data Management: Collect organize and maintain financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior analysts and strategic planners to evaluate business performance identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape to support strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Experience: 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis budgeting or strategic planning preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and data analysis tools. Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
