We are looking for an Indirect Purchasing Consultant for our client in the Industrial Sector
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated external resource to support our team with tenders negotiations and contracting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract management and procurement within the IT category coupled with strong negotiation skills and an ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the department in preparing and managing tenders for IT and digital projects
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives
- Provide sourcing expertise within the IT and consultancy domains
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong negotiator with proven experience in procurement and contract management
- Indepth knowledge of contracting within the IT category
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Experience in sourcing IT and consultancy services
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global company environment
Start date: ASAP
Assignment period 01 Oct 2024 to29 Nov 2024
Location: Europe (Remote)
Workload: 45 hours per day
