Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking a Saviynt Operations Lead to manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saviynt or SailPoint IGA solutions incident management and continuous improvement. The role involves coordinating with various teams for issue resolution managing configurations and supporting enhancements with a focus on ensuring efficient IAM operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve incidents escalated by the Level 2 support team
- Manage IGA configurations and policies
- Coordinate with vendor support teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
- Resolve complex incidents related to application integrations
- Collaborate with client teams for change management and perform necessary changes in the IGA platform
- Communicate with thirdparty vendors to resolve infrastructurerelated issues
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis for recurring and complex issues
- Support enhancements with allocated monthly hours for continuous improvements
- Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Primary Skills:
- Strong experience with Saviynt or SailPoint IGA platforms
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance
- Experience in Operations and Incident Management
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of integration with thirdparty applications and systems
- Familiarity with change management and incident management processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IAM with a focus on Saviynt or SailPoint IGA solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution
- Experience with vendor management and coordination for productrelated issues
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
