Business Development Manager
Experience: 3 8 Years
Must Have:
Minimum 3 years in lead generation from NBFCs only who are into corporate loans/business loans/export factoring/Trade Finance/supply chain finance is required. (B2B Sales)
Experience in Landing New Accounts & in the Expansion of these Accounts.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Interpersonal skills are key
Proactive attitude and resultsoriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients who can benefit from the companys factoring services.
Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce factoring services and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.
Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.
Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
Participate in the creation and of lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on the companys products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation preferably in the financial industry.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Proactive attitude and resultsoriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
