Job Description
- Lead and participate in the implementation customization and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
- Manage endtoend configuration of the SAP Fieldglass platform to meet clientspecific requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP Fieldglass framework.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and enhancements for SAP Fieldglass systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fieldglass with other SAP and thirdparty systems.
- Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to endusers and clients.
- Develop and document best practices process improvements and technical documentation for SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest features and releases of SAP Fieldglass and provide recommendations to improve existing systems.
- 710 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in contingent workforce management and vendor management systems.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing the SAP Fieldglass platform.
- Understanding of integration with SAP and thirdparty applications.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in conducting enduser training and providing technical support.
- Ability to work from one of the following locations: Bangalore Hyderabad Pune Kolkata.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP modules.
- Experience in integration tools like SAP PI/PO or other middleware platforms.
- Prior experience working in an agile environment.
- Up to 28 Lakhs per annum based on experience and skills.
