Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of RSA Archer solutions for various business units.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective GRC applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements specifications and test plans.
- Provide handson support during the development integration and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RSA Archer with existing systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers to enhance platform usability.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements.
- Support data migration and ensure data integrity during the transition process.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators for risk management metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on the status and impact of RSA Archer initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay updated on RSA Archer best practices and GRC trends.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RSA Archer users.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all processes adhere to legal standards.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of GRC initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with RSA Archer or similar GRC solutions.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Certification in RSA Archer or related GRC frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in supporting crossfunctional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Desire to remain current with industry trends and advancements in GRC solutions.
- Willingness to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities.
