Overview
The RSA Archer Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform within the organization. This position requires extensive experience in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions utilizing the RSA Archer to address complex business needs related to risk management compliance and reporting. The consultant works closely with various business units to gather requirements design solutions and deliver effective training and documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of RSA Archer solutions for various business units.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective GRC applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirements specifications and test plans.
- Provide handson support during the development integration and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RSA Archer with existing systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers to enhance platform usability.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and enhancements.
- Support data migration and ensure data integrity during the transition process.
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators for risk management metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with RSA Archer or similar GRC solutions.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Certification in RSA Archer or related GRC frameworks is a plus.
