1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market penetration and
increase sales revenue.
2. Build and manage a highperforming sales team providing training coaching and
motivation.
3. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for the team while ensuring profitability.
4. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
and challenges.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers and
healthcare professionals.
6. Ensure adherence to sales policies procedures and compliance regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Any Graduate
2. Proven experience in field sales management preferably in the Ayurvedic /
Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry.
3. Strong knowledge of the Ayurvedic / Healthcare market and its distribution
channels.
4. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
