Job Description

Overview:

The Freelance HR Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing attracting and hiring toptier talent for the organization. This position is essential for ensuring that the company maintains a highperforming team and meets its staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Engaging in candidate screening and assessment processes to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Conducting interviews and managing the interview process including coordinating schedules and providing feedback.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilizing various platforms and tools for talent acquisition such as job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline and keeping accurate records of interactions and hiring status.
  • Negotiating employment offers and handling the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities including candidate metrics and pipeline status.
  • Remaining updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing methods and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms applicant tracking systems and other HRrelated software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage a high volume of recruitment activities effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on various recruitment projects and accommodate changing business needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information.
