Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Associate Product Manager who is eager to learn and grow in the product management space. In this role you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to build launch and improve products. You will support the endtoend product lifecycle from idea generation and planning to and postlaunch analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Break down complex technical requirements into user stories epics and features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering design and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Prioritize features based on business and user impact while balancing technical feasibility.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and crossfunctional team meetings.
- Analyze product performance gather customer feedback and iterate on product improvements.
- Create detailed product documentation including specifications wireframes and user flows.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in product management technical project management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle including discovery development and delivery phases.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand software development processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on usercentered design.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of web technologies (APIs databases etc.) and how they impact product development.
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA Asana Confluence etc.).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
