Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process data from various sources for analysis
- Create visually impactful and clear dashboards reports and presentations
- Develop and maintain data visualizations using industrystandard tools
- Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations
- Support datadriven decisionmaking by providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements
- Conduct research and stay updated on data visualization best practices
- Assist in the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders using visualizations and storytelling
- Contribute to the enhancement of data governance and quality assurance processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Assist in documenting processes and maintaining data repositories
- Follow data privacy and security best practices
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified timelines
- Take initiative in learning new tools and technologies related to data visualization and analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
- Experience with programming languages such as Python R or JavaScript
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detailoriented with a passion for data and visual storytelling
- Understanding of data governance data management and data quality concepts
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus
- Knowledge of data cleaning transformation and preprocessing techniques
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data technologies is an advantage
