Job Description
- Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs for SAP CRM including reports interfaces enhancements and forms (RICEF).
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and provide technical solutions within SAP CRM.
- Design and implement complex user interfaces using ABAP Web Dynpro and CRM UI Framework.
- Support CRM Middleware including BDocs and message handling between ECC and CRM systems.
- Perform CRM Web UI customizations and configurations including navigation bar profiles role configurations and assignment blocks.
- Utilize ABAP Objects (OOP) BADIs BAPIs and User Exits for system enhancements.
- Integrate CRM with thirdparty systems using IDocs SOAP REST services and other integration methodologies.
- Conduct performance tuning for ABAP programs to optimize performance and system resource usage.
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging support for CRMrelated issues and enhancements.
- Document technical specifications and assist in user training as needed.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming with a focus on SAP CRM.
- Experience with CRM Middleware and integration between SAP ECC and CRM.
- Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales Service Marketing etc.).
- Handson experience with ABAP Web Dynpro and CRM UI Framework.
- Knowledge of BAPI BADI User Exits Enhancement Spots and IDocs.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimizing ABAP code.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
