Key roles and responsibilities:
- Craft and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Organize teambuilding activities events and workshops to foster a positive workplace
- culture.
- Develop and manage wellbeing initiatives such as wellness programs fitness activities
- and mental health support services.
- Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and strategies to address concerns and improve the
- overall employee experience.
- Create and manage employee rewards & recognition programs to acknowledge
- outstanding performance and contributions.
- Implement initiatives to improve the physical and psychological wellbeing of employees
- in the workplace.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues that may affect employee happiness.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors or master s degree in human resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in HR events or employee engagement.
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
- Ability to develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
