Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance compliance and usability.
- Backlog Management:
- Create refine and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.
- Ensure clear documentation of user stories acceptance criteria and requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including compliance teams legal advisors and technical teams.
- Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product objectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Stay informed about relevant regulations impacting the FinTech sector ensuring that products meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on product offerings.
- Data Management:
- Utilize SQL to analyze product performance metrics user behavior and compliance data.
- Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Agile Methodology:
- Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining a focus on quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the FinTech domain.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial industry (e.g. GDPR AML KYC).
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
