Key Responsibilities:
- Customize Jira workflows and fields to align with business requirements.
- Design develop and maintain Jira plugins scripts and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Jira projects and configurations.
- Implement Jira automation rules and conditions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide Jira administration support including user management and permission schemes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira applications and integrations.
- Document Jira workflows configurations and customizations.
- Conduct Jira platform upgrades and perform testing to ensure system stability.
- Train and support endusers on utilizing Jira including creating reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications:
