Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Jira to meet project needs and requirements.
- Implement Jira workflows to enhance collaboration and track progress.
- Provide expert guidance on cloudbased Jira features and functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on using Jira effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Jira configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Jira environment.
- Enhance existing Jira processes for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Integrate Jira with other project management and collaboration tools.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in Jira projects.
- Assist in the migration of existing Jira projects to the cloud environment.
- Evaluate user feedback and implement necessary improvements.
- Support Agile methodologies in alignment with project goals.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to improve Jira adoption.
- Stay updated with Jira product releases and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Jira consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with cloudbased Jira solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Technical proficiency in JQL and Jira scripting tools.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
- Ability to conduct effective user training and support.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in data migration and configuration management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Confluence and integration options.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to stay current with technology trends related to Jira and cloud solutions.
