Overview:
The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the organizations success by overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. They are responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the companys goals and values while also ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and hiring qualified candidates
- Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and data management
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development plans
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage benefits and compensation plans ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Handle employee complaints and conduct investigations when necessary
- Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational development strategies
- Ensure HR metrics are tracked and analyzed to support datadriven decisions
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
- Manage and mentor HR staff providing guidance and support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and HRMS systems
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of successful HR project management
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration within the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
