Draftsmen- Mumbai

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings blueprints and plans based on design specifications provided by the project team.
• Work closely with interior designers architects and other stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into technical drawings.
• Utilize industrystandard software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other relevant tools to create precise and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to take measurements analyze space and gather data to support accurate drafting.
• Modify and update drawings as required based on feedback from project managers and clients.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards local regulations and projectspecific requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings revisions and project documentation.

• Diploma or degree in Drafting Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in drafting preferably in interior design architecture or theme park design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other drafting software. Experience with 3D rendering tools is a plus and Contour Planning
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and industry standards. Familiarity with interior design and theme park design concepts is an advantage
