Responsibilities:
Evaluate recommend and implement security measures for the protection of AI/ML systems
and data.
Conduct security assessments of AI/ML models and data processing pipelines to identify
vulnerabilities and risks.
Managed implementation around AI/ML regulations Risk and ensure adherence to industry
standards and regulations to mitigate the AI/ML risks including Bias Drift Variance etc.
Develop and maintain secure development practices for the AI/ML lifecycle including data
collection model training and deployment.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed security and privacy by design principles into model
development.
Keep abreast of the latest AI/ML threats vulnerabilities and countermeasures.
Participate in the incident response activities related to AI/ML systems including forensic
analysis and mitigation.
Design and implement access controls and monitoring strategies tailored for AI/ML workloads.
Educate team members on best practices for securing AI/ML systems through training and
knowledge sharing.
Work with compliance and governance teams to ensure AI/ML implementations abide by
regulations and standards.
Provide strategic advice to clients on AI/ML security best practices and risk management.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and ethical hacking practices.
Proficiency in programming languages (Python R etc.) used in AI/ML with a strong
understanding of AI compliance.
Experience in addressing compliance/regulatory concerns (Bias Drift Explainability AI fairness
etc.) related to AI/ML specific to the financial industry.
Experience with AI security frameworks such as Microsoft's AI Security Framework Google's AI
Principles or the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or AIspecific certifications like AI For Everyone by Coursera
ISO/IEC 42001: AI & Cybersecurity Essentials Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to stay updated with the latest AI/ML security trends and technologies.
Experience working in a consultancy environment providing strategic advice to clients.
Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.
Minimum of 68 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on AI/ML systems.
Experience in using AWS MS Azure or GCP services around AI/ML and MLOps.
Preferred to have any associated Cloud AI/ML Certification
