Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager you will be responsible for building nurturing and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth enhancing client satisfaction and positioning our organization as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
- Proactively identify and address client needs anticipating future requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Negotiate complex deals ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and crossselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services including application development IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
