About the Client:

A global IT services MNC


Role Summary:

As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager you will be responsible for building nurturing and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth enhancing client satisfaction and positioning our organization as a trusted partner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives and key decisionmakers.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs anticipating future requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate complex deals ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Proactively manage and resolve client issues minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and crossselling opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services including application development IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
  • ProblemSolving: Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
