Overview:
The Business Development Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company. This position is vital in identifying new business opportunities and building solid relationships with potential clients and partners. The intern will work closely with the business development team to contribute to the overall success of the organization through research analysis and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and conducting market research
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Assist in creating and delivering presentations to potential clients
- Conduct outreach to potential partners and clients via phone email and inperson meetings
- Participate in networking events to build relationships and expand the companys presence
- Help in preparing proposals and quotes for potential projects
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the companys CRM system
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Support the business development team with various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve business development objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Marketing or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Detailoriented with strong attention to accuracy
