Job Description
Orthopedic Surgeon Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing orthopedic surgeries to address musculoskeletal issues
- Diagnosing patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Developing treatment plans and providing care for patients
- Interpreting diagnostic tests such as Xrays MRI and CT scans
- Working with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams
- Conducting regular patient consultations and followups
- Advising and educating patients on musculoskeletal health and preventive measures
- Participating in research and continuous medical education
- Following up on patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
Required Qualifications:
- MS or DNB in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid medical license and board certification
- Proven experience in orthopedic surgery and patient care
- Excellent surgical skills and dexterity
- Strong diagnostic abilities and interpretation of medical imaging
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
