Job Description

One Click LCA is looking for an Arabic/Englishspeaking Business Development Manager for the Middle East region. We are the worldleading construction product project Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) software working to decarbonise buildings and construction currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

We are close to doubling our business each year meaning you will play a pivotal part in making this happen within the construction and manufacturing sector. Join us to help grow a business that plays a key role in delivering a zerocarbon future for us all.

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities and helping them to find and make use of our best matching solutions. This is partially an outbound sales role focused on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence.

This fulltime permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based preferably in India United Arab Emirates or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What you will do:

  • Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop quotes for our solutions to bring on board new customers
  • Support existing customers by hosting specialist training sessions on LCAs and EPDs and undertaking projects as required
  • Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out
  • Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools EPD and lowcarbon construction
  • Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards PCRs and practices
  • Increase our presence in the respective region by attending important construction industry events and by seeking and leveraging local partnerships
  • Work with the marketing teams to create and localize key content for the local regions
  • Work with the product teams to improve the tools for the respective markets

What you need:

  • We are seeking someone with a proactive hunter mentality in sales
  • Preferably 3 years of commercial B2B Sales and Account management experience with a successful track record of growth
  • Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to overcome their obstacles
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
  • Degree or close to a degree in construction industry LCA building sustainability or related area
  • Customer and resultsoriented attitude
  • Very good listening skills and the ability to see the situation from a prospects/clients perspective
  • Positive approach to business and learning allowing you to learn what works and what does not
  • Handson attitude and a drive to get things done.
  • Professional workingproficiency in English as it is our working language. Full proficiency in Arabic is seen asa plus
