Job Title: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist

Key Respinsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition:
Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards
social media and employee referrals).
Screen resumes conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlist candidates for
further interviews.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure timely communication with all parties involved in the interview process.
Prepare and distribute interview feedback and follow up on final decisions.
3. Onboarding Coordination:
Manage prejoining formalities and onboarding for new employees including
document verification and joining formalities.
Assist new joiners with onboarding processes ensuring a smooth organizational transition.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture policies and
procedures.
4. HR Operations and Leave Management:
Maintain and update employee leave records following the company s leave
policies.
Provide information and assistance to employees regarding leave entitlements
policies and HR procedures.
Assist in updating and communicating any changes to leave or HR policies to
employees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
