Job Description
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Set and drive the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering on key business metrics.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the endtoend product lifecycle from discovery to launch ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions that resonate with our users.
- UserCentric Product Development: Dive deep into user insights and collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop seamless userfriendly products that solve real problems and enhance engagement.
- Inspire & Grow Teams: Build and mentor a strong product team fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
- Scale with Impact: Leverage your experience in scaling products to guide growth identifying opportunities for expansion and market leadership.
- Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Partner with engineering design and business teams to ensure cohesive and seamless product .
- Optimize Through Data: Use data and analytics to drive product decisions continually iterating to improve performance and impact.
- Bring 1015 years of experience in product management leading high performance teams and scaling them from 110 or 10100.
- Have a deep understanding of usercentric design and a passion for creating products that delight customers.
- Are experienced in leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex projects with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align teams around a common vision.
- Are datadriven with strong analytical skills and a keen ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Thrive in a startup environment comfortable with ambiguity and adept at navigating change with agility and resilience
