Position: Head of Sales Pine Logs
Location: Gandhidham Gujarat
Experience Level: 5 years in B2B sales preferably in timber/logs or related industries.

With decades of experience and a strong presence in the market SRG has established itself as a trusted supplier catering to diverse industries including construction furniture and plywood manufacturing. The company is known for its commitment to quality sustainability and customer satisfaction making it a preferred partner for businesses nationwide. Role Summary: We are seeking a resultsoriented Head of Sales for our Pine Logs division based in Gandhidham. This role involves engaging with local buyers driving sales and building strong relationships. Travel is limited to within Gandhidham ensuring a localized focus.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Engagement: Conduct regular visits to buyers within Gandhidham to understand their needs present product offerings and foster longterm relationships.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify potential buyers generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Negotiation and Closing: Handle pricing discussions prepare quotations and close deals with buyers. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with buyers ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and buyer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of buyer concerns. Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in timber/logs or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with buyers.
Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully.
Proficient in Google Sheets Excel and other digital tools for managing data creating reports and tracking performance.
Familiarity with the Gandhidham market and buyer ecosystem.
