Job Description
- Information Technology (IT)
- B.E/B.Tech M.E/M.Tech and PhD in a relevant discipline
- PhD Completion: Candidate must hold a PhD in a relevant IT discipline.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with students faculty and stakeholders.
- Work Commitment: Demonstrates dedication and a proactive approach towards departmental growth and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the overall functioning of the IT department including curriculum development faculty management and research activities.
- Drive innovation and development within the department focusing on academic excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster interdisciplinary programs and initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of faculty ensuring high teaching standards and effective research output.
- Develop and manage department budgets ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT incorporating them into the curriculum and research agenda.
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide faculty and students.
- Expertise in IT including trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience in academic program development research and publications.
