Job Description
Overview
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Design configure and implement SAP FI solutions to support AR/AP functions
- Lead and participate in SAP FI module enhancements and upgrades
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality integrity and accuracy of the SAP FI system
- Provide expertise and support for financial data analysis and reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FI configurations processes and procedures
- Conduct user training and support for SAP FI systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for process improvement initiatives
- Participate in SAP FI projects and provide recommendations to optimize AR/AP processes
- Stay updated with SAP FI best practices industry trends and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or related field
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in SAP FI particularly in AR/AP processes
- Proven experience in configuring SAP FI modules for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Strong understanding of financial systems processes and controls
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices
- Certification in SAP FI or related field is a plus
