We are hiring HR and Admin Executive for a leading Manufacturing Company
Overview:
The HR and Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operations of the company by implementing HR policies providing administrative support and facilitating employee relations. The individual in this position will contribute to a positive work environment handle recruitment processes and oversee various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates
- Handle employee orientation development and training logistics and recordkeeping
- Manage employee relations including addressing employee inquiries and issues
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements
- Administer human resource programs including compensation benefits and leave
- Conduct administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external partners such as vendors and service providers
- Provide support in payroll processing and timesheet management
- Assist in conducting performance management and appraisal processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in administrative support and office management
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes
- Strong decisionmaking and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
- Experience in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives
Work Location : SIPCOT Irungattukottai Sriperumbudur.
