Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talents
- Review and screen resumes to ensure candidates meet the technical qualifications
- Conduct indepth technical interviews to assess candidates skills and expertise
- Coordinate technical skills assessments and evaluations
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to track and manage candidate information
- Participate in job fairs recruitment events and networking activities to attract technical talent
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new technical hires
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes in the technical recruitment landscape
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and updates to the management

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of technical roles skills and requirements
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms
- Strong knowledge of technical screening and evaluation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate technical competencies accurately
