Job Description

Overview:


The Technical Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top technical talents for the organization. They are responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the company has a skilled and qualified technical workforce.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top technical talents
  • Review and screen resumes to ensure candidates meet the technical qualifications
  • Conduct indepth technical interviews to assess candidates skills and expertise
  • Coordinate technical skills assessments and evaluations
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to track and manage candidate information
  • Participate in job fairs recruitment events and networking activities to attract technical talent
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new technical hires
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes in the technical recruitment landscape
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and updates to the management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical roles skills and requirements
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms
  • Strong knowledge of technical screening and evaluation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate technical competencies accurately
  • Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations regarding recruitment processes
  • Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends in technical recruitment
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
  • Certification in HR or recruitment will be a plus
