Overview
The Digital: Adobe Campaign position is a critical role within our organization responsible for overseeing and executing endtoend digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign software. This role plays a vital part in driving customer engagement and revenue through targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize endtoend digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign software
- Develop and manage personalized customer journeys email campaigns and marketing automation within the Adobe Campaign platform
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather campaign requirements and ensure successful campaign delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- Implement best practices for data management segmentation and targeting within Adobe Campaign
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices
- Test and QA campaign assets including email templates dynamic content and personalization rules
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on the effective use of Adobe Campaign
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign KPIs and report on campaign performance
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and customer communication plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Adobe Campaign platform
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing processes and capabilities
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into campaign strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Adobe Campaign to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of data analysis and segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in HTML for email template customization and troubleshooting
- Experience with SQL or similar query language for data manipulation and reporting
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality marketing campaigns
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Certifications in Adobe Campaign or related marketing platforms is a plus
- Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CANSPAM Act
