Job Description
- Design and implement robust scalable and highperformance backend services.
- Work with MySQL MongoDB and other relational/NoSQL databases to manage large datasets.
- Develop and optimize distributed systems architecture for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and handle occasional frontend tasks when necessary.
- Monitor system health identify potential bottlenecks and optimize performance.
- Handle crisis management with proactive monitoring and timely recovery plans.
- Innovate and stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously improve the backend systems.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in backend web development.
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with MySQL MongoDB and other relational/NoSQL databases.
- Expertise in distributed systems design and architecture with a focus on system performance and scaling.
- Willingness to work with Go programming language with previous experience in C Node.js and Python.
- Passionate about learning new skills and working with emerging technologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and crisis management for system recovery.
- Experience or willingness to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks is a plus.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
