Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences
• Performing haircuts trims and styling services for clients of all ages
• Applying hair coloring highlights and chemical treatments as per clients requests
• Providing scalp treatments hair extensions and other hair care services
• Advising clients on hair care techniques and recommending suitable products
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station and adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
• Keeping abreast of current hair trends and techniques through continuous learning
• Building and retaining a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and personalized attention
• Collaborating with salon team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Processing client payments and managing appointment schedules effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a hairstyling or cosmetology program from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as a hairstylist or cosmetologist
• Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting coloring and styling techniques
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service and building client relationships
• Uptodate knowledge of hair care products equipment and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic salon environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding professional standards
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per salon requirements
• Adherence to health and safety regulations related to salon operations
