Job Description
- Host and deal a variety of casino games in our stateoftheart studio providing an engaging and rewarding experience for live players on camera (rotating shifts).
- Interact with players ensuring they have a fun and positive experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service upholding the highest professional standards.
- Professionally fluent in Vietnamese with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in a serviceoriented role (parttime experience considered).
- A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude adaptable to changing needs (including flexible scheduling and covering shifts).
