Job Description

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatianspeaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an ecommerce platform.
Location: ClujNapoca Romania
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communication via incoming telephone emails and chat with customers in order to solve their issues or inform them about the features of the products
  • Customer Order Management
  • Secure and deepen client retention contribute to excellent customer support
  • Secure that all complaints are being recognized recorded confirmed and solved effectively
  • Proactively propose ways to improve the processes
  • Adhere to given processes and procedures
  • Update the database of customers and document activities
  • Reporting the most common issues to the support team for further escalations
REQUIREMENTS:
  • C1 written and verbal communication skills in Croatian
  • B2 English
  • High school diploma or an equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach selforganized
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced organization
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills
OFFER:
  • Schedule: full time MondayFriday 8 AM 5.30 PM
  • Transportation coverage

  • First three salaries extended with a signing bonus of 250 EUR
  • Holidays: 20 days/year and an extra day after a year
  • Contract for undetermined period
  • Training: 5 days MondayFriday 8 AM 5.30 PM
  • 6 months accommodation if needed
  • Up to 200 EUR refund from the first travel to Romania
  • After the first year 200 EUR refund for a travel home
  • Meal tickets (30 RON/day) approx 150 EUR net/month
