Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the companys financial strategy
• Leading financial planning and forecasting
• Overseeing budgeting and cost management
• Managing financial risks and opportunities
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Managing relationships with financial stakeholders
• Optimizing the companys capital structure
• Implementing financial controls and processes
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors
• Driving mergers acquisitions and investment strategies
• Participating in highlevel strategic planning and decisionmaking
• Overseeing tax planning and strategy
• Managing investor relations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• CPA or CFA certification
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance position
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent strategic planning and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated track record in financial analysis and forecasting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive results and make sound financial decisions
• Experience in corporate finance and capital management
• Advanced proficiency in financial management software
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Indepth knowledge of tax planning and strategies
• Experience in presenting to executive boards and investors
• Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth
