Job Description
Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by a group of IIT alumni in the US. Lumenci s mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurgaon India to help us deliver highquality products and services to our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Organize teambuilding activities and social events
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Experience and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully building and leading highperforming HR teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
