Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our design team in developing stateoftheart transformer products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering specifically within the transformer industry and a passion for driving innovation and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the transformer industry.
- Strong knowledge of transformer design principles standards and software tools (e.g. AutoCAD MATLAB ETAP).
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical design team in creating transformer designs that meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee the development of design documentation including schematics specifications and technical reports.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production procurement and quality assurance to ensure seamless project .
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations throughout the design process.
- Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on design improvements and optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
- Mentor and train junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
