Electrical Design Manager

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the transformer industry.
• Strong knowledge of transformer design principles standards and software tools (e.g. AutoCAD MATLAB ETAP).
• Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Lead and manage the electrical design team in creating transformer designs that meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the development of design documentation including schematics specifications and technical reports.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production procurement and quality assurance to ensure seamless project .
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations throughout the design process.
• Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on design improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
• Mentor and train junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
