Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for various daytoday tasks associated with human resources management including recruitment and selection employee onboarding and offboarding performance management employee relations policy development and implementation compensation and benefits administration and employee training and development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices
- Experience in recruitment employee onboarding and offboarding performance management employee relations policy development and implementation compensation and benefits administration and employee training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) is a plus
