Job Description

Job Description: As a Sales Training and Audit Specialist you will be instrumental in improving our sales teams capabilities and ensuring adherence to toptier sales processes. You will collaborate closely with sales teams managers and leadership to develop and execute effective sales training programs and conduct audits to evaluate compliance with sales procedures.

Key Result Areas (KRA) for Sales Training Head
  1. Training Program Design and Implementation
  • KRA: Develop and deploy effective sales training programs that enhance sales skills and drive performance.
  • Objectives:
  • Design training modules that align with sales strategies and company sales target.
  • Ensure content is relevant engaging and incorporates the latest sales techniques and tools.
  • Customize training programs to address specific needs of both 1st & 2nd sales teams.
  1. Sales Performance Enhancement
  • KRA: Improve overall sales performance through targeted training and continuous development.
  • Objectives:
  • Set clear measurable goals for performance improvement posttraining.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas needing improvement and tailor training accordingly.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of training on sales performance.
  1. Training Delivery
  • KRA: Ensure highquality training delivery and maintain consistency across all training sessions.
  • Objectives:
  • Oversee the of training programs and maintain high standards of delivery.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training quality.
  • Standardize training materials and methodologies to ensure consistency.
  1. Training Needs Analysis
  • KRA: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the training requirements of different sales teams.
  • Objectives:
  • Collaborate with National Heads & Studio Managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Use datadriven approaches to assess training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Develop training solutions that address specific gaps and enhance team capabilities.
  1. Budget Management and Optimization
  • KRA: Manage the training budget efficiently to maximize the impact of training programs.
  • Objectives:
  • Plan and monitor training expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Provide regular budget reports and justify any deviations.
  1. Evaluation and Reporting
  • KRA: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Objectives:
  • Develop and use evaluation tools to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to refine training programs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations.
  1. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
  • KRA: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders including senior management and sales teams.
  • Objectives:
  • Regularly update stakeholders on training progress successes and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with sales managers and other key personnel to support training efforts.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and incorporate their feedback into training strategies.
  1. Innovation and Best Practices
  • KRA: Drive innovation in training methods and adopt industry best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Objectives:
  • Explore and implement new training technologies and methodologies.
  • Benchmark against industry standards to ensure training programs are cuttingedge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team.
  1. Talent Development and Succession Planning
  • KRA: Support the development of highpotential sales talent and succession planning.
  • Objectives:
  • Identify and nurture future sales leaders through targeted training and mentorship.
  • Develop career progression plans for highperforming employees.
  • Implement succession plans for critical sales roles.
  1. Sales You are expected to consult and achieve your individual target by generating revenue monthly.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis Monitor and report on sales performance and analyze data to drive improvements.
  • Market and Product Knowledge Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and product offerings.
  • Sales Forecasting Predict future sales and prepare forecasts to inform business planning.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve sales processes and offerings.
  • Team Collaboration and Support Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales objectives.
  • Compliance and Ethics Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Metrics for Success
  • Training Participation Rates: Percentage of employees attending and completing training programs.
  • Performance Improvement: Measurable increases in sales performance metrics posttraining.
  • Training Effectiveness Scores: Participant feedback scores and assessments of training quality.
  • Budget Compliance: Adherence to the allocated training budget.
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Satisfaction levels of stakeholders and alignment with their expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on sales training and audit.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques processes and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
