About Role
As a Customer Success Manager Skilling your role is centered around training and certification community building and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of Wooqer s platform. This role requires a strategic mindset excellent organizational skills and a passion for education and technology. By driving these initiatives you will play a pivotal role in expanding Wooqer s impact and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage a weekly calendar to provide online training covering all Wooqer building blocks.
Invite train and certify Wooqer customers (Producers users and reviewers) as per the above schedule.
Establish partnerships with colleges (management and fashion colleges) and include the Wooqer workshop in the curriculum.
Conduct workshops at college campuses generating awareness enabling students towards digitization and certifying them.
Establish partnerships with skilling companies that train people making them jobready to work at stores. Incorporate Wooqer users certification in their training program and conduct the same.
Create aspirational certification courses around Wooqer with difficulty levels that are benchmarked against similar topclass certifications
Build a community of aspirational certificate holders
Build top quality knowledge repository for different kinds of persona
Build Capacity (people process infra training etc) proactively to achieve your circle goals
Create Self training Module for the training App
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Skilling and Training.
The willingness to work from our office in Bellandur Bangalore 5 days a week.
The ability to stay happy and drive positive meaningful interactions with customers.
A BE/BTech graduate who loves technology.
Outstanding presentation reporting and communication skills.
