Job Description
Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is looking for a detailoriented and experienced Budget Analyst to join our team. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for processing invoices reconciling assigned budget accounts and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in the JDE computer system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices for payment.
- Reconcile budget accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
- Prepare budget reports and analyses as required.
- Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to provide budgetrelated support.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in utilizing the JDE computer system.
- Understanding of federal guidelines related to budgeting and financial operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- FullTime Position
- Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
