Job Title: Recruiter (BFSI)
Locations: Lucknow (Onsite) & Karnataka (Work From Home)
Job Type: FullTime
Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and resultsdriven Recruiter to join our team with a focus on sourcing top talent for the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills and experience using ATS tools to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards social media referrals and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings evaluate candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 1 years of recruitment experience preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract top talent through multiple channels.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
