Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager (PM)
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Duration: Contract or Permanent
Working Mode: Hybrid
Language: German B2 level Certified
Services Required:
Project Management: Monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.
Resource Management: Handling personnel equipment and materials for the project.
Agile Transition: Supporting the creation of an agile development organization.
Governance: Developing a governance model and managing vendor strategies.
Risk & Issue Management: Identifying risks managing dependencies and developing contingency plans.
LEAN Process Optimization: Redesigning technical processes for efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Moderating meetings and managing communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Project Details:
Location: Frankfurt am Main Germany
Service Provision: Primarily onshore with a combination of onsite and remote work. Some onsite activities are required for workshops and coordination with manufacturers.
Technical Requirements:
Experience:
o 7 years of project management experience particularly in projects focused on agile transitions.
o Experience managing agile transitions in complex environments involving both IT and nonIT teams with 100 FTEs.
o 5 years of risk management experience including working with DAX companies.
o Project Controlling: Proven experience in project controlling including creating metrics and managing the financial aspects of the project.
o 4 project references related to stakeholder engagement and portfolio development including CxO level involvement.
o Experience with PMO teams in an agile environment supporting the organization through agile transitions.
Skills:
o Certifications:
IPMA Level C or PMP certification.
Agile Certifications (e.g. Advanced Agile Team Coach SAFe® Release Train Engineer).
Prince Foundation Certification.
o Language Proficiency: Fluent in English written and spoken at C1 level.
o Leadership Skills: Demonstrated expertise in team behavior communication and moderation.
o Agile and DevOps Models: Knowledge of implementing and adapting these methodologies to drive change.
