Legal Assistant
Our client a prestigious law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support teams in Qu bec City and Montr al. This key role will allow you to collaborate with assistants and attorneys across various departments of the firm while contributing to the management of diverse cases.

Responsibilities:
Support the assistants and attorneys of different firm departments.
Review format and modify various legal documents (correspondence contracts procedures etc.).
Transcribe dictations.
Prepare electronic procedure binders exhibits authorities as well as closing binders.
Perform administrative tasks to support the team.
Carry out various other administrative tasks as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
A diploma in secretarial studies legal secretarial studies or an equivalent training.
5 years of experience in legal secretarial work particularly in litigation.
Proficiency in both French and English spoken and written (ability to support Englishspeaking attorneys and handle documents in English).
Excellent grammar skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (layout styles etc.).
Good knowledge of PowerPoint and basic Excel skills (an asset).
A focus on internal and external client service.
Strong adaptability and quick .
Independence teamwork spirit and initiative.
